In any case, have your hands right below your breasts, and then straighten out your middle fingers so they touch each other and point in front of you. Then, bend your other fingers and have them touch each other at the phalanges (think of making hooks with your fingers). As far as the thumbs go, simply straighten them and have them touching each other at the tips. This meditation mudra is chanted with “OM” or “AUM”.
